Training

The Mission, the Univera Business, is always the same, simple method of operation-  iGTE: interview, gift, team, enroll.  Univera Training is ‘a self-improvement course with a compensation plan’.  You will grow & change into the person you choose to be.

Our part of the Mission is promotion through relationship marketing.  What we are promoting is the Mission.  Univera associates tell the truth about the body’s miracles of healing and regeneration to other eco-entrepreneurs.  Then, those eco-entrepreneurs duplicate by finding more eco-entrepreneurs to tell the truth.   Products, Opportunity & Purpose are integrated parts of our business and Mission.

Our business model is based on finding 4 eco-entrepreneurs as well as 16 customers.   We sift through many conversations to find these 4+16.   Success is based on careful selection of whom to ‘gift’’; not the number of gifts you give out.

Relationship Marketing- Posture, Credibility & Trust

Relationship Marketing is built on posture, credibility & trust.  Univera is a viable, sustainable option for the new green, eco-economy:  products, manufacturing, farms, science, financial resources and management skills.    Our job is to communicate this to other eco-entrepreneurs.

We need posture to listen to people to find out their Why.   We need credibility to discuss the Univera Mission.  We need trust to communicate the ‘One-Truth’ about the Mission.   If you do not have posture credibility & trust, learn to borrow it until you get it.

Univera is structured to lend credibility to new Univera associates.   The products work, the opportunity is lucrative & sustainable, the science, Stephen &Bill Lee are ‘for real’.

Utilize Mission-oriented UpTeam to add credibility to the Mission.  Develop your own posture & credibility so you will be more believable and then you can be the UpTeam for your associates.

Preview-Review-Interview

Preview your prospects.   Willy-nilly gifting is expensive and unproductive.  Gift are given with a pure heart with no expectations.  So make sure the potential eco-entrepreneur is worth the investment of the time and money.   To demonstrate we are a sustainable, duplicatable business model, we select gift recipients prudently, where we do not waste time or gifts.

Review the best 10 potential eco-entrepreneurs you know to gift immediately with your UpTeam.  Do not worry about a long list immediately.   Even a long list of prospects is processed one at a time.   Working with too many prospects will result in sloppy, unprofessional activities.

Interview your prospect before suggesting a gift.   Do you want to work with this person? Why do we want to gift them?    Can they  become a Univera eco-entrepreneur?   If not, are they are concerned about health and would make a good ACP Customer?   While everyone can benefits from Univera products, not everyone is ready for new health initiative or to become an eco-entrepreneur.

Go slow, be casual, get to know people.   Use the Natural Selling  approach to conversations.   It’s not about You; it’s about them.   Wait to discuss Univera until they have told you something they want that Univera can give them.  When you sense the person is not ready to be an eco-entrepreneur, change the subject.   Do not waste your time & credibility trying to convince someone.

NON Business Gifts

Do not confuse gifts given for personal reasons with gifts given to build your Univera Business.   While everyone can benefit from using Univera, not everyone we gift is suited to be an eco-entrepreneur.

We all have close friends & family that need the Univera products.   This is often called our ‘hot group’ and they seldom become business partners.   They may even discourage you from pursuing your dreams.  Do not try to save them or be saved by them.  The good part is often your ‘hot group’ may be initial customers and recover your investment while finding eco-entrepreneurs.

Gifting strangers seldom is successful.   Strangers must become your ‘warm group’ before they can become prospects.  This can happen quickly if the prospect pushes the warmth.   Still, the new prospect must show the traits of an eco-entrepreneur to be worth gifting.

Mission Prospecting-

When we are straight forward about our Mission, the prospect knows we are looking for eco-entrepreneurs to join the Mission.   By leading with Mission, we can interrelate discussions about business or the science of the products or helping people.  Discussions can move from products to opportunity to purpose under Mission because they are all part of the Mission.

Products-       Mission is why the products are so good.

Income-          Mission makes the opportunity

Purpose-        Mission lets us be servant leaders with Serve First.

If they are not interested and we ask for referrals, they understand we are Mission when.

Focus on the prospect and the Mission, not you.  Your association with the Mission gives you credibility because it is true.  Find out what they want from life and relate Univera as the solution.  Bring them to Stephen & your Mission UpTeam- 3 way calls DVD’s, Events.

Duplicate!!  --  Don’t Confuse the Prospect

Product or Opportunity or Purpose?

Our products are so good; and our opportunity so lucrative; and our purpose so satisfying that some forget that it is about the Mission.  When we lead with products, we can appear to be vitamin sales reps.  When we lead with the opportunity, we can appear to be standard MLM.   When we lead with servant leadership, it can sounds like a hustle or a cult.  Curing a specific condition, we can sound like witchdoctors.   Few people want to duplicate these unproductive & unpopular activities.

We listen in a ‘Naturally Selling’, empathic manner.  We do want to know what is important to prospects.  We want to know if we want work together for many years.   But when discussing the Univera business, we must be direct to avoid confusion.

Prospects can get different, sometimes competing messages from UpTeam.  Prospects feel they have more time & more options.  Prospects feel their product experience & opinion is critical to us.  Prospect construct their own view of Univera and how they would do the business.

We must be direct about the Mission because the Mission is repeatable and duplicatable, by everyone.  When we match the Univera discussion to what we feel the prospect may want, we can appear uncertain, wishy-washy, perhaps flakey.  We give the wrong impression- mixed messages about how you do the Univera business.

Beyond the ‘Affluent & Well-Informed’

Most of the people are not ‘affluent & well-informed’.  If Univera is only for the ‘affluent & well-informed, how will we reach most of the people?  Does being ‘affluent & well-informed’ mean the Prospect will embrace the Univera Mission?  When the computer system and the production meltdown, will they still be doing iGTE a year later.  What is their current economic status?  Let’s expand our perspective on prospects.

We want driven TLBs (tough little buggers) on the Mission.   Mission appeals to more people; everyone is on the same Mission, regardless of their status.  Whatever skills & tools they lack, can be learned.   If they go to Boot Camp they will learn how to: dress, shake hands, use a business card, wear a name tag, use posture, all about the products and the steps to iGTE.  If they want to learn and grow, they can become well-informed.  If they follow iGTE, they will be affluent.

The TLB Prospect must first understand and embrace the Mission to be a Univera Eco-entrepreneur.  Then, they are worth the investment of time & money spent training.   We need to teach and train new associates.   Before ‘we love them where they are’, we must make sure they understand where they should be.   Without lowering the bar, we must help more regular people become eco-entrepreneurs on the Mission.
